The FIRST to implement the Pambansang Pabahay Para Sa Pilipino Program (4PH) of the administration, Scheirman Construction and Bacolod City LGU inks the Public-Private Partnership Joint Venture Agreement to build 20,000 residential units for the city. The main beneficiaries of the housing program are the Informal Settler Families (ISFs) and low-income earners. Yuhum Villages shall rise all over the city to give endless smiles to Bacolodnon families.
